1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of CentreMatch, operated by CentreMatch, Helsinki, Finland. By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: info@centrematch.com.

2. Playing at your own risk

Tennis is a physical activity with a risk of injury. CentreMatch only helps players find each other and arrange matches. You play at your own risk and are responsible for your own health, fitness and equipment. To the extent permitted by law, CentreMatch is not liable for injuries, accidents, damage to property or the behaviour of other players.

3. Courts and bookings

Court information, prices and opening hours are provided for guidance only and may be out of date. Bookings and payments are made directly between you and the venue. CentreMatch is not responsible for bookings, cancellations or venue conditions.

4. Fair play and conduct

• Be respectful — no harassment, abusive or discriminatory messages.
• Don't impersonate others or create fake accounts.
• Report scores honestly; don't manipulate results or rankings.
• Turn up to matches you agree to, or let your opponent know in time.

You can block and report players in the app.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other players at risk.

6. The service

CentreMatch is provided free of charge and "as is". We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers keep any mandatory rights they have under the law of their home country.
